Numbering for Porch R6 pre-releases

• Porch is at v1.4.0 in Nephio R5

• Should pre releases for R6 should start at 1.4.1 or 1.5.0?

  • Let’s go with v1.5.0

Repo for test packages

• Let’s use nephio-example-packages for test packages

• Move test packages used in E2E across into there
