      • Cost ~$200, 1 week leadtime after artwork submission 

      • Q about "participating companies" for the banner has been raised by a committee member -  Not all have actually participated.

      • Raj will pick up the banner when ordered. Which location is better, Almaden or Santa Clara?

    • Stickers:

      • not yet priced.  StickerMule has pretty quick turn around usually.

    • T-shirts:

      • Requested - exact same as the Seattle event. 

      • Feedback from Jill, Sunny & Lucy - very poor quality shirts - don't reorder the same.

      • Company recommends Hanes Authentic T-Shirt instead

      • Quantity to order:  65 M, 65 L, 20 XL

      • Nephio will be in LFN by then -  will also need to include the LFN logo - new artwork required - week- 10 day lead time - chargeback $ unknown

      • Estimate ~$1450.

      • LFN issues Credly badges for awards

      • If a physical award is required

        • Staff can't take the responsibility for shipping any physical awards to non-attendees

        • Recommend a simple framed certificate as this can be sent in soft copy form to non-attendees.

      • Creation of badge and/or certificate artwork by creative services required - chargeback unknown - week-10 day  lead time

      • Creation of actual trophies cost unknown, lead time unknown.
