  - Alok has access, Stefan still waiting
- O-RAN Feb F2F as a demo - Sagar
  - Demo scheduled for 26th at 5:05pm to 5:25pm
  - O-RAN link - 2025-02 O-RAN F2F Paris
  - Demo will be end-to-end deployment
  - Share slides in meeting next week Wed 19th
- FOCOM
  - FOCOM Operator https://github.com/nephio-project/nephio/pull/849
    - Generated code is coming from operator sdk and will be addressed post R4
    - Requires additional community reviews
  - FOCOM kpt pkg up for review - https://github.com/nephio-project/catalog/pull/93
    - Plan to automate the delivery of this from the operator CI/CD pipeline
  - FOCOM CRDs up for review - https://github.com/nephio-project/api/pull/67
    - Again, future plan is to automate the delivery of these via the Nephio repo CI
  - Integration work ongoing with to setup an e2e environment using both operators
  - Stefan working on documentation for the FOCOM side, something for IMS needed also
    - Will share doc when ready
