@Konstantinos Antonakoglou deploy OTEL collector to collect port server log and export them to Elastic Search / Loki (would be another option) and debug output for the logs from Porch

Need to set up a call with Syed to understand the Pull Request for the Porch Telementary
Also to confirm with Syed on the Prometheus endpoints
Need to understand if there are other endpoints we can scrape with Prometheus
Discuss which DB to use to store the telementary information, one suggestion is to use Influx DB
Check with Bala on where we can store our own Dev Scripts
