Transfer requirements to the Dev Team

Unfortunately @Sagar Arora is absent on this meeting today, but have a hope to meet next week.
We agreed to start the work from Kubenet familiarity, and pass through simple Tutorial:

- Share experience on a next meeting.

General questions

Kubenet is able to manage containerized NOS with no matter on Docker or Kubernetes pod:
- https://containerlab.dev/ - is about Docker containers.
- https://containerlab.dev/manual/clabernetes/ - is about Kubernetes containers.
We are suspicious to be intime with WG7 Roadmap, to show Nephio/Kubenet integration Demo at R5. Probably we will 'shift left”.
Kubenet looking for CNCF (or LFN) Open Sourcing.
Kubenet for Stargate project: Victor Lu has make draft of white paper, and Wim going to review it.
