Topic 1Github permissions

• Project members must be a member of a team in order to have an issue assigned to them. THis This must be done by admins in the Nephio Github project. This has been escalated to the TSC.

Cluster Registration

• Request for a new repo, should the code be in its own repo or in the Nephio repo? Having a lot of repos can be bad practice. Let’s discuss this at the next meeting when Sagar Arora is available.

  • We’ll put the new code in the “nephio” repo for now.

Kpt functions in Google Container Tools

• Should they be in Kptdev?

• What if there are vulnerabilities in the base images etc?

Action items

•  Find out how the Github admin and team allocation works and find out what governance is in place to allow users to assign tasks to themselves or others.
•  Liam Fallon to discuss github admin access and assigning people to teams with balaji varadaraju and escalate to TSC
